Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Arab Emirates. For other countries, please contact us on WhatsApp +971 58 935 5916 and our team will advise.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on all online orders in the UAE. Every parcel is fully insured until it is handed to you.

Delivery times

  • Anywhere in Abu Dhabi emirate, including Abu Dhabi city, Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Shabiya, Mussafah and Al Ain: delivered by our own Nakshathra team within 1 to 3 working days.
  • Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and the Northern Emirates: insured courier, 1 to 3 working days.

Orders placed after 6 pm or on public holidays are processed the next working day. We will call or WhatsApp you to confirm the delivery time.

Secure handover

For your safety, a one-time code (OTP) is sent to your phone when your order is out for delivery. Please share it with our delivery person only when you receive the parcel. We may ask to see a photo ID that matches the name on the order.

If you are not available

We will try to deliver twice. If we cannot reach you, the parcel returns to our showroom and we will contact you to arrange a new time or collection from the showroom.
